Here is my Christmas Night Gift for you.
4 watercolour papers/backgrounds with scenes from Christmas Night – I hope you can find use for them.
My best wishes for you and yours on such a magical Christmas Night!
Now it’s time for you to work on the Plaid Patchwork….
As mentioned yesterday, today’s freebie requires a little work from you. It’s a Plaid Patchwork DIY Pack with a bunch of stitched plaid squares for you to “sew together” as you find best.
You get squares in 3 sizes (1 inch, 2 inches and 3 inches), 4 different plaids and with stitching in red, green and white, adding up to 36 squares in all.
So now it’s up to you to make backgrounds, frames, shapes or whatever you can think of.
But…. I have also included 4 ready made examples for you just in case you are too busy so close to Christmas.
Now that we are almost there I will be posting my big Christmas 2016 Bundle tomorrow. Haven’t you posted enough already? No! I’m unstoppable when it comes to Christmas so be sure to have the coffee/hot chocolate ready for tomorrow cause there will be more than 200 MB to download.
And I also have a small freebie for you on Christmas Eve – but after that I’ll be taking a few days off.
Have a Christmas cookie or two!
I promised you yesterday that you would be seeing stars today. And, oh my, will you see stars! No less than 168 of them..
I love a cold, clear December night where every single star is visible in the sky – it practically screams Christmas. So why not transfer that feeling to your scrapping?
I have made you 2 bundles of enamel stars – 1 gold/1 silver – plus a little Bonus Pack.
The Gold and Silver Packs each contains 72 enamel stars – 6 designs in 6 colours. All full size PNGs for CU4CU.
Here is a little extra Christmas Bonus containing 24 stars in antique copper and cast zink styles.
I personally think these are very pretty and versatile. Use them for anything you fancy and if your are proud of your own work, share it with me please.
We are now getting frightfully close to the big day(s) and it’s almost last chance to be Christmas creative. So tomorrow I will bring you a DIY freebie. Well, you don’t have to make the freebie yourself, but what’s in it is for you to make something of your own designs. Enough said – you have to return tomorrow to find out what it is.
Kiss your closed ones…
Today I have collected some Bits & Pieces for you. It’s all elements of the kind you can drop here and there in your layouts or use individually on cards, tags etc.
The first pack is a collection of mixed Enamel Bits & Pieces. I have tried to print them out myself on thick paper and glued them together with a string to hang on the tree or on branches – it worked quite well.
You get 13 different elements all full size PNGs.
The second pack is full of smaller icon Bits & Pieces with Christmas illustrations in 4 different styles. 32 in all: 8 Cut Outs, 8 Felt, 8 Stickers and 8 Sparkly. They are around 1½ inch, separate PNGs.
When I return tomorrow you will be seeing STARS – Lots of stars!
Today I’m going back to nature.
I have taken some of the nature items connected with Christmas and made you 3 Freebies – an Alpha, some Papers and a pack of Elements. I think that my new location has taken a bit of the Big City Girl out of me and replaced her with a bit of Nature Girl. But at this time of year it doesn’t bother me.
My Christmas preparations are going fine. But now I have to be honest… There aren’t a lot of them. We don’t give presents, so no shopping or wrapping. We don’t have room for a Christmas tree yet, so no tree decorating. We get the Christmas dinner from the local restaurant, so no cooking. All I have done so far is put up some fairy lights, spread around some candles and a few decorations. This may sound sad to you but you know what: I’m fine with it. It takes the hassle out of the Holidays and gives us more time for what Christmas should be about – being together and having a nice time. And for the Danish concept “Hygge” (badly translated into cozy). It’s kind of a Zen Christmas. If you ever get the chance, you should try it!
But enough of me – let’s get to the Freebies.
A full alpha in bark texture. You get A-Z, a-z, 0-9 and a few symbols. They are, of course, in separate PNGs, and you are welcome to use them for CU4CU.
Deer Paper Bundle
This bundle contains 3 paper packs with deer patterns. One has “fluffy deer”, one has “gold deer” and the last one has “sparkly deer”. All in brown deer colours. You get 3 x 6 papers all in 12×12 JPGs.
These darlings have been sitting in my “Sand Box” for a while, but I thinks it’s time to let them out. You get 10 elements – 2 deer, 2 geese, 2 piggies, 2 doves and 2 winter trees. I thought you could use them for something pretty. Cards, tags or something other to your liking. They are all full size PNGs.
I must go back to my busy Christmas Schedule 😉 See you tomorrow.
As snow and Ice is lacking for this Christmas I have made you some freebies to make up for it.
I’m actually a little shocked. I just realised that I only have 8 days left for posting all my Christmas freebies! AND I also have to prepare for the physical Christmas… Thank God we have dropped Christmas gift and get the Christmas dinner delivered 🙂 . So to avoid stress I will be posting new freebies every day until Christmas Eve, and I think I can squeeze in the new Member’s stuff too. See – No stress at all!!!!
How about you? Are you stressed out by Christmas or do you stay in the spirit of calm and joy? I know Christmas is celebrated differently around the world, and maybe you belong to a group that does not celebrate Christmas at all. If you have the time, I would love to have you write me a short comment on your Christmas traditions – there may even be a prize in it for you. Just start your comment to this post with “My Christmas” and I will repost them in a later post.
But first the Snow and Ice freebies:
A full alpha made in an icy/frosted style.
A pack of 13 snowflakes made in different snow and ice styles.
Finally, a pack of labels framed with snow. You get 9 labels in different sizes and colours (matching yesterday’s papers).
That’s it for today – See you tomorrow?
After yet another long break from posting I’m back with good news.
First of all we got our stuff out of storage, so now we only have 500 moving boxes to unpack…. We have our clothes, our furniture and everything else we have been missing for almost a year
Secondly, I have been granted early retirement so I am now “free”. No more municipal demands, no more meetings with caseworkers. I am back to being in control of my own life 🙂
On Monday I celebrated my Birthday (gosh 49!) and my mother came all the way to our little island to join in – Love her!
And soon it will be Christmas 🙂 We have been told there is a chance for a white one this year.
How about that for all good news?
And I have even more of it: Because of my absence I have 3 new freebies for you today.
The first one has been waiting in the archives for a long time, but now it’s finally the right time to share. A Moving Box Alpha to celebrate the return of our belongings.
The second one is a lovely pack of 30 grungy papers in winter tones.
And Finally, a pack of 18 enamel corners in green tones.
For my Members: I am in the process of uploading new stuff to the Members Area, so stay patient, please.
I really hope that your lives are just a little bit as good as mine is at the moment. I will return real soon with a little Christmas Goodies.
Enjoy your December with everything it stands for.

As autumn is knocking, it’s time for Cosy….
After a late 5-day heatwave I still enjoy summer-ish days here on the island. I have FINALLY finished with the weed removal and is ready to sow the lawn. It should still be possible to make it grow before it gets too cold. If I succeed you will get a picture 🙂
But you can, however, never be too prepared for autumn. That is why, today, I present you with nothing less than 5 free paper packs with distressed plaid. To me plaid spells autumn/winter and is all time cosy.
Aren’t they amazing? Heat up the chocolate and ring out the mini-marshmellows. It’s time to cosy up 🙂
If anyone is wondering…. We still don’t have our furniture, we still have lack of finances and we still “live in the basement”. I hope our luck will soon change so we can have a normal life – a cosy life.
See you soon.

Therapy has been needed….
The last week or so I have had an urgent need for Creative Therapy. I won’t go into details, just say that things are not going good with the move. So as always when I find myself in a crisis, I turn to PS Action Designing as my therapy. Easy and simple and taking my mind off the bad stuff. When the world is crumpling – turn to creating.
The good thing about the bad thing is that YOU get to harvest the produce…
I have made a BIG bundle for the Medicine Cabinet/Uppers in the most “Upping” colours. It’s called “A Year in Colour” and provide you with loads of basic elements and papers to use for adding to your own designs. The colour palette is not my own – it’s stolen… You can read more about that on the download page.

P.S. – There is no need for you to worry about me – I’ll bounce back 🙂
It is SO strange to be back. I can hardly remember how anything is done and everything takes forever…. But at the same time it feels GREAT! I feel I’m back where I belong. So be ready for A LOT of freebies over the next weeks – I’m having a blast. And I think the techniques will quickly come back to me.
The first freebie today brings you two big bundles of Tree Papers. I must admit that I like them a lot. I find them both beautiful and relaxing and the colours are among my favourites.
The first pack is in brown colours and contains 30 papers. They are all 12×12, 300 dpi, JPGs. And you can use them for CU4CU.
Pack 2 is in what Design-Seeds call Rustic colours (blue/grey). Also 30 paper in usual size and format and CU4CU.
Hope you enjoy these. I’ll be back later today with a new Family.
